(Sounds mighty sophisticated, doesn’t it?)
This is a game concept I’m working on which is based on the Greek pantheon of the eight winds and Aeolis, the “King of the Winds.” Each player navigates a ship between ports of call, including eight temples. By offering certain combinations of goods to the various wind gods, one can gain navigational advantages – and more. Each player also has a patron god who gives them a secret quest to fulfill as the game unfolds.
This is still only in the conceptual stage. I hope to get a working prototype together soon.
