Mak-Yek

Many strategy games in Southeast Asia are played on 8x8 game boards, each with its own unique personality. Mak-Yek is one of the more popular move-and-capture variations. In Mak-Yek, two players strive to annihilate their opponent. What’s most unique about the game is the use of both custodial (surround a target piece) and intervention capture (move into a space between two enemy pieces). Made in the USA for 2 players age 8+.
