Quaro
Four-in-a-row games have been around for centuries, and this invention by Alexander Randolph takes the concept to a new level. This abstract strategy game was first published in the 1970s, and still provides a great challenge.
Each time a player forms a row of 4 differently colored pegs, a point is earned and an extra turn is gained. But each turn is limited to four pegs the player has randomly drawn. Because you can see the colors your opponents can play in the coming turns, you can create patterns to score lots of points in future turns…maybe. Made in USA for 2-4 players ages 8+.
